I saw it done with an expensive one that seemed to glide smoothly. do you know of any cheap versions of router sleds i could buy anywhere? You move it into position, then run the router across it. You then move the sled over about 80% of the width of the router bit and make another pass. You repeat this until the work is flat. Hi Brad,
